Jason Thompson, an accomplished chef with a passion for creative regional cuisine created from local and sustainable ingredients, has been a part of the Aspen Meadows culinary team since December of 2008. Jason worked most recently as the executive sous chef before accepting the position as Executive Chef at Aspen Meadows Resort. With more than 10 years of culinary experience, Jason is a dedicated and imaginative leader for the Aspen Meadows food and beverage team.
Aleece Alexander, a seasoned pastry chef with more than 15 years of experience, joined the Aspen Meadows culinary team in May of 2014. A graduate of the Notter School of Confectionary Arts in Orlando and the Seattle Central Culinary Academy of Seattle, Aleece has a vast knowledge of and passion for every aspect of the pastry production process.
